asked the Minister for Local Government if he is now in a position to state when water will be turned on in the water mains which were laid recently in Blanchardstown and Castleknock.

I am informed that the water was turned on last Monday.

I am delighted that my question has had that effect.

I am sorry the Deputy had no opportunity of being present at the turning on.
