asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission are aware that a holding of over 400 acres has been offered for sale at Fahansoodry, Ballylanders, County Limerick, and if so if they will consider the propriety of acquiring and dividing it among small holders and landless people in the area.

The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of these lands but the matter has been noted.
