James Matthew Dillon Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Dillon) Fine Gael

There is no control on the prices of eggs, and, consequently, there are no minimum prices fixed for producers. The general practice is to buy ungraded eggs at a flat price from the producers, grading being done subsequently on registered wholesalers' premises.
