asked the Minister for Lands whether the lands of Bantry Commons and adjoining areas in County Wexford have been acquired for forestry purposes, and, if so, when planting is likely to commence.

The Land Commission have called for a detailed report on these lands and will consider, inter alia, the suitability of part of them for afforestation purposes.
