asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have yet completed their recent inquiries concerning the acquisition of the Satchwell lands, Creggs, County Galway, and what is the present position.

I am glad to inform the Deputy that the Land Commission have called for a detailed report on approximately 300 acres of the lands of Creggauns and Gortnalavey with a view to acquisition.
