asked the Taoiseach if he will state the total number of male persons engaged in farm work on the 1st June, 1955, 1956, and 1957, showing the numbers who are (a) farmers and relatives permanently employed, (b) employees permanently employed, and (c) temporary employees.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to circulate in the Official Report a tabular statement giving the desired information.
