The number of applications for sponsored programme time on the current waiting list is 62.

I shall have the Deputy's request conveyed to Comhairle Radio Éireann. However, on a matter merely of an extension of time for sponsored programmes, I feel that it would be inappropriate to make any recommendation and that it should be left to the comhairle for consideration on the merits.
