asked the Minister for Finance when an inspection of the Lisdoo/Moorland area, Dundalk, will be carried out, as requested by Dundalk Urban Council, with a view to the elimination of acute flooding that occurs frequently in that district.

An exploratory inspection will be made in the next few days, but I am not at all certain that the problem is one for the Office of Public Works.
