asked the Minister for Social Welfare whether soldiers on pre-discharge leave are allowed to register at the employment exchanges; and, if not, if he will take steps to permit them to register in view of the hardship which is sometimes caused to men who miss opportunities for employment which arise during the period of pre-discharge leave.
