I am having this suggestion examined by the Land Commission. I should add that the limited user of such by-roads, particularly those serving merely a few allotments, would scarcely justify the increased expenditure involved in adopting a minimum width of sixteen feet in all cases.

Will the Minister ensure that the Land Commission will lay down a proper foundation for their new roads, which would be far more beneficial?
