asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if it is a fact that, as stated by a Member in the House on 3rd November, 1960, a producer was paid for a Radio Éireann programme which was not used.

I suggest that this kind of information should ordinarily be sought directly from Radio Éireann. However, as the Deputy's question relates to a subject which has been recently debated in the House I have approached the Authority and have been informed that no payment was made to the producer in respect of the programme referred to.
