Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Circulation of Courts Legislation.

asked the Minister for Justice what constitutional or other difficulties have delayed the circulation of the proposed legislation, entitled Courts (Establishment and Constitution) Bill, 1959, and Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Bill, 1959; and if such difficulties are likely to be increased or lessened by such delay.

Oscar Traynor Minister for Justice (Mr. Traynor) Fianna Fáil

I hope to circulate these Bills with an explanatory memorandum next week or during the following week at latest.

The delay in circulation has not been due to any constitutional difficulties but to the complicated character of the legislation.
