asked the Minister for Justice if he can now state when he proposes to introduce legislation to amend the Registration of Title Act, 1942, to cover the matters raised in the House on the 16th July, 1959.

I expect that, subject to Government approval, legislation to amend the Registration of Title Acts will be introduced in the autumn session.
