asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he is aware that a letter posted in Dáil Éireann at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 19th April, was not received in Rathmines until Friday, 21st April; and that the envelope when received had been franked on the 19th and 20th April; and if he will indicate the reasons why the letter was not delivered in the first post on Thursday, 20th April.

The answer to the first part of the question is "no". If the Deputy will let me have the cover of the letter I shall have enquiry made.
