asked the Minister for Local Government if he will expedite confirmation of the compulsory purchase order in respect of the Macken Street-Clarence Place area submitted by the Dublin Corporation on 26th April, 1961.

This Compulsory Purchase Order was received in my Department on the 27th April, 1961. There will be no undue delay in considering it.
