asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have acquired the lands of Mrs. Ellen Donoghue, Derryglassaun, Menlough, County Galway, Record No. S.21814; and, if so, when it is hoped to have a scheme prepared for the subdivision of these lands.

Proceedings have been instituted by the Land Commission for acquisition of these lands and an appeal on price is pending for hearing. Until this appeal has been disposed of, it is not possible to indicate if or when the lands will be acquired.
