asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the estate of the late William Dervan, Kylebrack, Loughrea, County Galway. has been offered for sale; and if the Land Commission will consider the propriety of acquiring it for distribution amongst the uneconomic holders in the area.

The Land Commission have decided to institute proceedings for the acquisition of these lands comprising 48 acres. The representatives of the late owner have been informed accordingly and the Statutory Notices will be published shortly.
