asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that a resolution was passed by the Kerry County Council requesting an investigation of the condition in which the Coola-gown Road, Listowel, County Kerry, was left following work on the Feale catchment drainage scheme by the Office of Public Works; and whether as a matter of urgency he will make the investigation sought.

My information is that the road is in reasonably good condition, but, in view of the recent representations, I am arranging to have it inspected and I will inform the Deputy of the result.
