asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware that the sittings of the district courts at (1) Clane and Portarlington and (2) Kilcock and Blessington take place on the same day, and that in consequence there is very great inconvenience and difficulty created for those who practise in those courts; and if he will accordingly take steps to have the dates of one court in each of these cases altered so as to avoid a clash.

Having regard to the volume of business at these centres, I am not satisfied that the inconvenience caused by the present arrangement is so great as to justify a change, which would be difficult to bring about without creating similar difficulties elsewhere.
