asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he received an application from the Aughrim Branch of the National Farmers' Association asking for the erection of a public telephone kiosk in Aughrim village; and what action he has taken in the matter.

The answer is in the affirmative. Arrangements have been made to provide the telephone kiosk and it is hoped to have it in service in about a month's time.
