asked the Minister for Local Government (a) the date of the submission of South Cork (No. 1) Order 1961 by Cork County Council to his Department regarding the proposed erection of cottages in Bandon and Cork rural districts, and (b) the present position regarding this order.

This order was received in my Department on 28th April, 1961, and was confirmed by me on 26th February.
