asked the Minister for Justice when it is intended to proceed with the erection of a new Garda station at Kinsale, County Cork.

The erection of a new station and two sets of married quarters at this centre has been sanctioned and the legal formalities in connection with the acquisition of a site will be completed shortly. The preliminary work on the plans for the new premises has begun but it is not possible at this stage to say when building operations will commence.
