asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that the local G.A.A. club in Cahir, County Tipperary was dispossessed by the owners of the Charteris Estate when a decision was made to sell it; and that the young men of the town have no other place to train for championship matches which are near at hand; and if he is in a position to have the club reinstated on a temporary basis pending the division of the lands in question.

I am aware that certain sporting facilities formerly granted on this estate are not at present available. The property has not yet been taken over by the Land Commission but the Deputy's representations have been noted for consideration.
