asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have acquired the estate of Tim Rafferty, of Garryspillane, Knocklong, County Limerick; and, if so, when it is intended to subdivide this land.

The Land Commission obtained possession of this 75 acre property under a Letting Agreement about a week ago. It is still too early to indicate when allotment will take place.
