asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission are considering acquiring additional turbary in the Kylemore area of Laurencetown, Ballinasloe, County Galway to accommodate people who were not included in the scheme of allotment which was effected recently.

In this area, 129 turbary rights were allotted by the Land Commission recently and further allotments, from turbary on hands, will be made as soon as possible. The possibility of obtaining additional bog in the locality is also under investigation.
