asked the Minister for Local Government if he will introduce a Clean Air Bill with a view to the protection of health and property against smoke and industrial waste discharged into the air.

The Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962, contains a provision for the control of atmospheric pollution in its various forms.
