asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will consider having North Tipperary declared an attested area under the Bovine Tuberculosis Eradication Scheme.

This question has been considered very thoroughly but the position is that it would not be possible to declare this area attested until further rounds of testing and removal of reactors are completed.
