asked the Minister for Lands if he will request the Land Commission to base an inspector in the town of Ballinasloe, County Galway, to deal with the many agrarian problems in the area.

I am satisfied that at present the Land Commission Inspectorate staffing arrangements for County Galway cater adequately for the needs of the county, including the area mentioned. The position, however, will be kept under review.
