asked the Minister for Local Government if he is now in a position to state if the contract documents for the Ardfinnan regional water supply, County Tipperary, are available; and, if so, when advertisements will be issued.

I understand that contract documents for the first part of the scheme will be ready about the end of this month. Pending their submission and approval, I cannot say when tenders are likely to be invited.
