asked the Minister for Local Government when it is likely that sanction will be given to an amenities grant to Templemore Urban Council, County Tipperary.

The proposals submitted by the urban council are eligible for an amenity grant, subject to clarification of some aspects of the design. These aspects are being examined in consultation with the council's representatives and it is expected that an early settlement will be reached.
