asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the Seymour Estate, Killgally, Belmont, County Offaly for division amongst the smallholders in the area.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 61 and 62 together.

Proceedings have been instituted for acquisition of this 95 acre estate but it is not yet possible to forecast the outcome. The price factor has not so far been concluded.
