Registration of Business Names Bill, 1963: Recommitted to Special Committee.

Bill Registration of Business Names Bill, 1963
Enacted

No. 13 of 1963 ›

John Lynch Minister for Industry and Commerce (Mr. J. Lynch) Fianna Fáil

I move:

That the Registration of Business Names Bill, 1963, be recommitted to the former Special Committee on the Companies Bill, 1962, in respect of amendments of which notice has been given; and

That the first meeting of the Committee be held on Wednesday, 24th July, 1963.

While agreeing to that, I want to suggest that to that be added the authority of the House to print the Bill as amended when it comes from the Committee, because otherwise we shall have to wait until October to reprint the Bill. I have also given notice to the Minister that that will be done in regard to the Companies Bill, that the two would be side by side.

If the House approves, I am prepared to move an addendum to the motion I have moved.

I move:

That, on completion of the consideration of the Bill in the Special Committee, the Report of the Committee be laid upon the Table, and the Report and Proceedings of the Committee and the Bill embodying such amendments as may be made thereunto by the Committee be printed.
