asked the Minister for Finance whether he will exempt from taxation the pensions of IRA and Army veterans whose pensions are under £160 per annum.

So far as service pensions are concerned, the answer is in the negative. Wounds and disability pensions under the Army Pensions Acts, however, are exempt from tax under existing law.
