asked the Minister for Lands when it is hoped to have the Wardell Estate, Newport, County Tipperary divided amongst the deserving applicants of that area.

Whilst agreement has been reached for voluntary purchase of this 145 acre estate, the property has not yet passed into the possession of the Land Commission. At this stage, therefore, it is too early to indicate when allotment will be feasible.
