asked the Minister for Local Government when it is likely that legislation will be introduced with a view to increasing the grants for the erection and reconstruction of dwellinghouses.

Legislation to validate the increase in grants and subsidies for farmers' housing, which I announced last October, will be introduced as soon as possible.

What is "as soon as possible"?
