asked the Minister for Transport and Power if he is aware that there is grave dissatisfaction amongst many hotel owners as a result of the high charges made annually by Bord Fáilte Éireann for the registration of hotels; and if he will take steps to have these charges reduced.

I am not aware of grave dissatisfaction among hoteliers about registration charges. The scale of charges was revised last year in full consultation with the hotel industry.
