asked the Minister for Agriculture if the arrangements referred to in the reply to Question 7 of 30th January, 1964 regarding heifers, transferred from herd to herd on which the initial owner had collected the subsidy, are being implemented; or whether there has been any alteration in the position.

The arrangement in question stands. The conditions to be attached to it are being worked out and will be announced as soon as possible.
