asked the Minister for Education the total amounts paid for all years up to and including the year ended 31st March, 1964, in State subsidies to each of the following Irish language publications: Inniu, Comhar, Feasta, An tUltach, Ar Aghaidh, An Timire, An Gael Óg, Tír na nÓg, Galvia and Amárach, and the sum, if any, paid in State subsidy to Deirdre from the date of its first publication in 1954 to the 31st March, 1964.

Following is the statement:
TOTAL amount of State grants paid in respect of periodicals published in Irish from 1-4-1944 to 31-3-1964.
The figures available in my Department in this regard relate only to the period from 1/4/1944.
