asked the Minister for Agriculture if his attention has been drawn to a report which described as appalling the loading conditions of cattle for Antwerp last Friday, 26th June at Dublin; and if he has any comment to make.

The report in question is inaccurate and misleading. All the statutory requirements regarding the export of cattle were observed in this instance as in the case of all shipments of cattle from this country.
