asked the Minister for Finance if he is now in a position to state definitely when the Garden of Remembrance will be opened to the public.

I cannot yet state definitely when the Garden of Remembrance will be opened to the public. The main construction work is complete except for some minor items and the improvement of the approach along the eastern side of Parnell Square. This latter work will take about another six months to complete.
