It is proposed to build the new Garda station at Rathmines on portion of the site of the present station.

The Commissioners of Public Works have informed me that with this in view they are at present negotiating a new lease of the present premises with the owner's solicitors.

asked the Minister for Justice the present position regarding the new Garda station at Ballymore Eustace, County Kildare.

I am informed by the Commissioners of Public Works that they have not yet succeeded in obtaining a suitable site for the new Garda station to be erected at this centre. They are, however, continuing their efforts to find one.

I am informed by the Commissioners of Public Works that they hope to have arrangements for the acquisition of the site for this station completed in this near future.

The Commissioners of Public Works have informed me that a tentative agreement has been reached for the purchase of a site for a new Garda station at this centre, and that they are in communication with the local authority in relation to it.

The Commissioners of Public Works have informed me that negotiations for the purchase of a suitable site for this station are at present proceeding but have not yet been completed.

I am informed by the Commissioners of Public Works that discussions are taking place with the local authority and with Bord Fáilte regarding the site which was acquired for the proposed new Garda station in Tramore.
