That towards making good the supply granted for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1965, the sum of £23,188,684 be granted out of the Central Fund.

Does the Minister propose to move No. 7 also?

Yes.

This is to cover the new procedure?

It is to give me access to the Central Fund for the purpose of Estimates that have been disposed of. There is no new procedure so far as the House is concerned. The only new feature in the Central Fund Bill is section 4.
