asked the Minister for Lands when the Land Commission will be in a position to divide the Fox Estate, Garbally, Blueball, County Offaly.

Whilst agreement has been reached with the owner for the purchase of this 30 acre holding, the Land Commission are, as yet, in possession only under a temporary letting, pending the final vesting of the property in them. It is not possible at present, therefore, to indicate when allotment will be feasible but there will be no avoidable delay.
