asked the Minister for Justice if he has received a resolution passed recently at a meeting of the North Cork Housing and Sanitary Committee of Cork County Council in connection with the larceny of stones and other materials from Emprick Cemetery, Ballyhea, Charleville, County Cork; and, if so, what action he proposes to take in the matter.

No such resolution has been received by me.
