asked the Minister for Local Government the reason for the delay in advertising the scheme for new sewerage for Newport, County Mayo.

Amended contract documents have been submitted by the Mayo County Council for this scheme and are at present under consideration. The invitation of tenders for the scheme will be a matter for the county council when the contract documents are found to be in order.
