asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission will consider the propriety of acquiring the Parker Estate, Brookfield, Coolbawn, Nenagh, County Tipperary for division amongst the small farmers of that area.

Following a detailed inspection of this property on the ground last year, the Land Commission decided not to move for its purchase, the estate being considered unsuitable as to approach and layout for the purposes of the Land Acts. I am advised also that there is no congestion in the locality.
