asked the Minister for Education if he has any plans for the reconstruction, including the provision of shelters, heating and proper toilet facilities, of Carramore national school at Killasser, Swinford, County Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have asked that a report be furnished by the Commissioners of Public Works as a matter of urgency as to the improvements which should be made at this school. When this report is received my Department will immediately communicate with the Reverend Manager as to the financial and other arrangements to be made for the improvements.
