asked the Minister for Education if he is aware that any further delay in sanction of the proposed repairs to the classroom floors of Ballina vocational school, County Mayo may result in the school not being ready in time for the return of the pupils after the holidays; and if he will take steps to speed up the matter.

I have authorised the County Mayo Vocational Education Committee to have the necessary repairs carried out to Ballina vocational school.
