No parent when claiming rights for his own children can interfere with the rights of other children Therefore, the matter becomes one which is determined by the common good rather than by the wishes of individuals.

The common good in this country demands that our children be given ample opportunity of learning the Irish language. Teaching through Irish takes place only when certain conditions are complied with.
