asked the Minister for Health if he will amalgamate the post of dispensary doctor at Rathdrum, County Wicklow with a post in the County Home, Rathdrum.

A proposal to amalgamate these posts has already been made to me by the Wicklow County Council. Although the amalgamation of such posts is an exceptional measure, I am having the proposal fully examined in the light of the relevant circumstances of the Rathdrum area.
